Booking Policy

A $40 deposit is needed to secure all bookings. Remaining balance must be paid before services are rendered. After your deposit is made you will receive an email with further information regarding your appointment.
No extra guest or children are able to be accommodated.
Hair needs to be clean, dry & free of oils (if this service is needed there’s a $20 up charge. If I’m unable to render this service you will have to book for another day. Deposit will not be refunded.)
I understand that we’re human and things happen. However, prior to your appointment time please inform me if you’re going to be late so your appointment isn’t canceled and deposit isn’t lost.
Once you inform me of your arrival time, after 15min there will be a $15 upcharge
After 15min of being late you’re liable of having your appointment canceled and full deposit lost.
When canceling an appointment advance notification must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment to receive 20% of your deposit back due to blockage of potential clients and preparation time.
